Are your team members trained & knowledgeable?
Yes, all of our team members are certified and must undergo regular training to meet industry standards and protocols.
Does your salon meet health standards?
Absolutely! At Madame Pomme Beauté, we take pride in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness through strict sanitization and disinfection procedures. We go above and beyond the health standards set by the province of Quebec.
For every service and treatment, we use single-use disposable materials for each client. Our work surfaces, shampoo sinks, and pedicure basins are disinfected after every appointment with hospital-grade sterilizer ACCEL TB. All metal implements are thoroughly disinfected using ACCEL CS 20.
To further ensure your safety, each staff member uses two complete sets of tools—while one set is being disinfected, the other is ready for use. This eliminates any possibility of cross-contamination and guarantees a safe, hygienic experience every time you visit.
Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy?
At Madame Pomme Beauté, we operate strictly on an appointment-only basis to ensure the highest quality of service and staffing. Appointments may be booked in person, online through our website, or by phone.
-We welcome walk-ins whenever possible; however, availability is not guaranteed without a pre-booked appointment. To avoid waiting and ensure your preferred service, we recommend booking in advance.
-Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to relax before your service. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment so that we can respect the time of our next client.
-For hair services and facial treatments, appointments must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance of your service date.
-Please note that we do not use an online merchant processor. Any payment information entered online cannot be verified and will be considered invalid.
-We currently accept VISA, debit card, and cash. Unfortunately, MasterCard and e-transfer are not accepted at this time.
Booking & Payment Terms
-Same-day bookings require full commitment and are non-refundable.
-Prices are subject to change. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. If you choose additional services, the final price will be confirmed with you before the service begins.
-Walk-in clients are welcome but will only be accommodated based on availability at the time of arrival. Availability is not guaranteed without a pre-booked appointment.
Service & Technician Policies
– All services and products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are provided.
-Technician requests are honored whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed for walk-in clients. Your appointment may be reassigned to another qualified technician if necessary, and any changes will be communicated prior to your appointment.

Do you guarantee the longevity of your Nail Services?
At Madame Pomme Beauté, we take pride in the quality of our work and the services we provide. However, it’s important to note that nail polish—whether regular or gel (such as Shellac)—is not entirely chip-proof, and its longevity may vary depending on your lifestyle.
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-Day Chip Policy: if any imperfections occur within the first 7 days of your gel manicure, we will gladly repair them at no additional cost. Simply book a “chip fix” appointment, and our team will be happy to restore your nails to perfection.
Regarding Nail Services, I’m not happy with the colour or manicure?
can I have it re-done at no charge? Your satisfaction is always our priority, and we will do our best to accommodate your concerns. However, if the manicure has been performed to our professional standards and your dissatisfaction is due to the colour choice, we are happy to offer a gel polish change at a discounted rate of $20 (or a regular polish change at a discounted rate of $10) if booked within 24 hours of your original service.

Can we all sit together?
We will always do our best to accommodate groups and seat you together; however, this cannot be guaranteed, as we must prioritize pre-booked appointments. Seating arrangements also depend on staffing levels and service availability at the time of your visit.
Do I need to schedule nail art or a French finish before my appointment?
Yes—please make sure to book any add-ons when scheduling your appointment online, by phone, or by email. Services such as French finish, nail art, and gel polish removal require additional time beyond our standard appointments. If these are not booked in advance, your technician may not have enough time to complete them. While we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, they cannot be guaranteed and will only be provided based on availability.
Do you offer group bookings or private events?
Yes! We can accommodate group bookings for special occasions such as birthdays, bridal parties, or corporate events. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and personalized packages.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Madame Pomme Beauté gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used toward all of our services and products. They make the perfect gift for any occasion.
What should I do if I have allergies or skin sensitivities?
Please inform your technician before your appointment. We will take extra care to use products and techniques that best suit your needs and ensure your comfort.
Do you provide services for men?
Yes, we welcome all clients! Many of our services, including manicures, pedicures, facials, and hair treatments, are tailored for both men and women. We don’t offer men’s haircut.
Can I bring my child or pet to my appointment?
To maintain a relaxing and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the salon unless they are receiving a service. Madame Pomme Beauté is not a pet-friendly environment.
